The builder and fabricator’s main objective with this residential home project was to create a modern, aesthetically pleasing and spacious family home. The CityView residential range was a perfect choice, with a number of CityView systems installed including 76mm awning and sliding windows, sliding stacking sliding doors – all of which were powder coat painted in Windspray Matt. 76mm fixed frame windows were also fabricated and installed into the home, with this system used on the corner windows of the front façade of the house.

Another interesting feature about this project is the fact that fabricator: Cool & Clear Windows ordered these systems through window & doors Kits. Located at Darley’s Victorian branch, the Kits division – is a service where fabricators can order CityView & HarbourView window & doors systems as kits, that are packaged and delivered to the fabricator’s factory/warehouse or onsite.
